FREE Guided Meditation

This class comprises a small, informal group that meets each Sunday to share in meditation. The goals are to have an opportunity to learn meditation practices from several traditions, to experience the energy of meditating in a group and to build encouragement for your individual practice.

 

Meditation helps you relax, cope with stress, encourage healthy balance and build calmness. Above all, meditation assists you in understanding the processes of your mind, and through that understanding, you can begin to experience the true nature of the world and your place within it.

 

Absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners welcome, so tune in now!

Slow Flow Yoga

Level 1 = Low Activity

In the Western World life can be pretty fast-paced, with lots of to-do lists and mental energy focused on what's next. Slow Flow is a Vinyasa-style class that offers you a moment to step back and settle into the present moment.

This gentle, moving meditation focuses on creating a deepened breath and then syncing your movements with your breath in a way that slows down your body and mind.

Yoga for Strength

Mondays

Level 2-3 = Moderate to High Activity

 

This inspiring class is designed to strengthen and tone your physical body, as well as create mental and spiritual resilience.

Similar to Westernized “Hatha” yoga, this routine incorporates holding poses for a longer period of time, and you will be offered moments to find your fullest expression of each pose in a supportive and progressive path.

Let go of tension in the wonderful moving meditation of Flow Yoga. Also known as Vinyasa, this class combines elements of other flavors of yoga and maintains an emphasis on flowing through postures in rhythm with deliberate breath work.


Learn poses and sequences that will develop your self-awareness and increase your flexibility, strength and endurance.

Yoga for Mobility

Level 1-2 = Low to Moderate Activity

Create freedom of movement in this Yin-like practice that works the connective tissues within the joints in a way that relaxes and expands both your muscles and joint tissues. Throughout this class, you will create increased body awareness, flexibility and circulation as well as balanced mental and spiritual states.

Whether you're an athlete, working a repetitive job, recently recovered from injury/surgery or simply looking to increase your self-awareness and ability to move with greater ease... Yoga for Mobility is the class for you!

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga provides a wonderful opportunity to rejuvenate the body-mind-spirit. This is a softer practice designed to bring you back to your natural state of wellness through breath and body awareness, muscle warming techniques, gentle stretching postures and moments of stillness.

 

Guided meditation techniques are offered to navigate your mind into a calm and observant state. Gojira sings, "You have the power to heal yourself," so join us in Restorative Yoga to discover your ability to relax and renew.

Core-Breath Yoga

Thursdays

This phenomenal class applies Kundalini-inspired yoga postures and breathing exercises to increase your awareness and strength, while developing stability of core muscles.

 

You will be guided to breathe and move in ways that activate your physical, mental and energetic systems, providing complete invigoration!

Yoga for Endurance

Become enlivened with a moving meditation that builds upon your physical stamina and lung capacity. Yoga for Endurance is a gradually vigorous form of Vinyasa yoga where you will be guided to move fluidly from one pose to the next while connecting your movements with your breath.

Enjoy a progressive arrangement of postures that will broaden your practice, give you a great work out and offer increased mindfulness and stress relief.
