Center yourself in this progressive series of yoga-inspired movement classes to improve your balance, posture and mobility, as well as strengthen your whole body. Each class will explore a different muscle group and/or skill, identify and discuss common imbalances, and demonstrate how to bring them back into alignment.
Beginning with the core muscles and then working from the ground up, targeted mobility and strength exercises will combine with vinyasa-inspired flows to leave you feeling strong and grounded.
