Tai Chi is like the force beneath a seemingly calm and flowing river in that it’s movements appear soft and graceful, yet they contain much underlying power and strength.
This course will take you through a calm, yet mighty journey of warm-ups, seated Tai Chi and six core movements that will strengthen muscles, increase range of motion, calm the mind and build confidence, the latter being especially helpful in falls prevention.
So join us in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention, a program developed by the Tai Chi for Health Institute and designed specifically to help you stand up to the inflammatory response and the possibility or fear of falling through simple, fun and effective exercises.
