Hatha Yoga differs from Vinyasa or "flow" classes in that it focuses on holding poses for a longer period of time. This class will provide you basic yoga poses and the opportunity to fine tune them with detailed instruction. This class is particularly good for building strength, increasing balance and flexibility and opening up the joints, all while providing the stress reduction of mindful yoga.

Intensity/Exertion = Low to Moderate
